Informa plc, the largest publicly-owned organiser of conferences and courses in the world, has launched ‘Informa Exhibitions’.
The company says its strategy is to rapidly grow its global exhibitions business. Its global portfolio embraces over 90 exhibitions through joint ventures and partnerships, new show launches and geo-cloning of existing shows.
Informa Exhibitions events portfolio includes market leaders Arab Health, IPEX, Middle East Electricity, Monaco Yacht Show, Cityscape, Vitafoods, WIMAX, and IPTV. Positioned across 18 market sectors from telecoms to super yachts, 30 per cent of Informa’s exhibitions are in the Middle East, with the remainder spread between Asia, Europe, Africa and America.
